Cecily is a senior junior with over 16 years of experience. She regularly appears as counsel in criminal trials in Victoria and interstate. She also has experience in confiscation trials having previously practiced in commercial law at Minter Ellison and Phillips Fox Lawyers.

Professional Background
Cecily has experience in the management of deceased estate and litigation, administration and enduring power of attorney orders (VCAT).
Cecily holds her Indictable Crime Certificate (ICC) and has previously worked at the Office of Public Prosecutions, Victoria Legal Aid and private defence firms in Victoria and London, UK. She is a member of Victoria Legal Aid's Preferred Barrister List for criminal trials and was in the first intake of the Talented Junior Program (now TCDP).
Cecily is a serving tribunal member for the Victorian Football Federation. She has also assisted in a pro-bono capacity in death row cases in Indonesia and the Victorian Inquest into Deaths in Private Prisons.
Cecily has previously lectured at Monash University in Evidence and Corporations Law and is currently completing her Masters of Law and undertaking toxicology and anatomy subjects through the University of South Australia Nursing degree. She is a member of the Coldrey Chambers' and Foley's List Committee.
