Remy has been involved in numerous trials for murder, computer fraud, drug cases and taxation prosecution both at trial and on appeal. Although predominantly criminal Remy's practices also include civil cases.
Over the years Remy has been Chairman of the Victorian Criminal Bar Association of which he has been a member since its inception and has been involved with and served on many committees such as Law Reform, Mental Health and Ethics Committees and has been instrumental in establishing free legal service bodies.
Remy is admitted to and has practiced in all states of Australia, appeared in Royal Commissions on Trade Unions, Institutional responses to child sexual abuse and Aboriginal Deaths in custody.
In 2015 he has been raised to the level of 'Legend' by the Victorian Bar.
